Position Overview
We are seeking a results-driven Senior Equipment Engineer to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of manufacturing equipment and capital projects. This role serves as the technical authority for production systems, driving reliability, efficiency, safety, and regulatory compliance across operations.
Key Responsibilities- Lead design, specification, and integration of production equipment and tooling.
- Oversee installation, commissioning, and validation (IQ/OQ/PQ as applicable).
- Provide advanced troubleshooting, root cause analysis (RCA), and reliability improvements.
- Drive OEE, uptime, and throughput improvements through data-driven initiatives.
- Manage capital equipment projects from concept through execution.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, ISO, FDA/GMP standards and maintain accurate engineering documentation.
- Mentor junior engineers and collaborate cross-functionally with operations, quality, and maintenance teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of equipment engineering experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong hands‑on expertise in equipment design, installation, and troubleshooting.
