Description

Handling validation programs for drug products, drug substances, and starting materials. Support validation documents to help process characterization across drug substance and drug product. Help process validation and implement validation policies. Resolve quality and CAPA to perform investigations, root cause analysis, and risk assessments.

Support and mentor junior individuals on the team. BS with 5+ years of experience in industry, MS with 3+ years, or PhD with 2+ years experience. Experience working in CDMO. Experience in process development and process validation. Experience working in biologics, drug product, and drug substance.

Expert Level

This is a Permanent position based out of Fargo, ND.

The pay range for this position is $ - $ per year. They have health, dental, vision, and 401k. They also will get permissive time off, so there is no specific accrual process in 2026.

This is a fully onsite position in Fargo, ND.

This position is anticipated to close on Feb 28, 2026.
