** What You Bring to the Role:*
* - Demonstrated leadership experience guiding a team.
- 4 to 6 years of industry experience, or a 2-year technical degree in a related field.
- Comprehensive understanding of electrical theory, AC/DC systems, and wiring concepts, with proficiency in VFDs and motors.
- Ability to interpret and work from electrical schematics.
- Operational knowledge of automation systems and components.
- Strong problem-solving skills, especially in troubleshooting and testing.
- Physical capability to manage tasks requiring the ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
- Proficiency in planning, running, and routing electrical conduits.

- Experience with MTR UL 508A certification is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
