Capstone Classical Academy is seeking a warm, Christ-centered lead teacher for our Pre‑K program. We are looking for an educator who is passionate about giving our youngest Learners a firm foundation of wonder, joy, wisdom, and virtue as they begin their school career.
The RoleShape the Habits: Focus on virtue and basic habits of attention, obedience, and wonder.
Introduce the Good: Lead students in songs, classic nursery rhymes, nature study, poems, and the beginnings of letter and number recognition.
Faith-Filled: A committed Christian who views teaching as a ministry.
Classical Heart: Someone who prefers real books, wooden toys, and hymns over screens and modern trends.
Patient & Joyful: A teacher who can create a calm, orderly environment where young children feel safe to explore.
Experience working with preschool-aged children.
Active church membership.
A Bachelor’s degree (preferred) or equivalent certification/experience.
