About Coco Coders: Coco Coders is a leading online coding school for students ages 6-14 years old, providing innovative coding education to students around the world. Our mission is to inspire and empower young learners to become skilled coders through our comprehensive curriculum and interactive learning platform.

About The Role: We are seeking a motivated and passionate individual to join our team as a Customer Success Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for customer success and supporting teachers. You will work closely with our remote team to enhance our program, assist with scheduling, and ensure the success of our students. We are looking to expand our presence in Fargo, North Dakota and therefore this position has the benefit of a dedicated office space at Emerging Prairie for flexible hybrid work days.

• Provide exceptional and timely customer support via email and chat
• Collaborate with the team to enhance the learning experience
• Provide support for teacher scheduling

• Must reside in North Dakota
• Available Monday - Thursday from 3:30pm CT - 8:30pm CT
• Available at least 10 hours a week, but full-time hours available
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to provide exceptional customer service and support
• Passionate about coding education and helping students succeed
• A self starter with the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• Must possess strong organizational skills and excel at multitasking efficiently
• Bachelor's degree in education, computer science, business or a related field (preferred)

• $14- $18 an hour
