This facility is seeking a Urology Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Monday-Friday from 7:30 am - 4 pm

Outpatient

Urology
· Credentialing Timeframe: 60 days
· Electronic Medical Record (EMR):

Required:
Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Board Certified or Eligible

Any Unrestricted State License
