FARGO, NORTH DAKOTA (USA). Sanford Health is seeking a BC/BE Pediatric Otolaryngologist to join the collegial group of energetic ENT and Audiology providers in Fargo, ND.
Practice Details:
- Current physician group consists of five Otolaryngologists that provide comprehensive care to all ages of patients and subspecialization in Head & Neck Cancer Surgery, Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, and Neurotology & Skull Base Surgery
- 6 Audiologists
- 9 Advanced practice providers
- Block time in operating rooms
- Call 1:8
- Large primary care referral base
- Subspecialists service population: over 1 million
- Opportunity to teach medical students, surgery residents, as well as IM and FM residents
Competitive compensation package includes:
- Compensation floor of $700,000 for the first two years of the employment contract, plus estimated potential to exceed compensation floor from personally performed wRVUs.
- In addition, a $150,000 retention incentive to be paid if you remain a 1.0 FTE for 3 years (this will be subject to a contractual agreement specifying all details)
