Hospitalist Opportunity (Days) in Fargo, ND

• Physician-led Practice: Join a dedicated team of full-time Hospitalists at Essentia Health Hospital in Fargo, ND.
• Hospital Information: 140 Beds, Closed ICU
• Team Composition: Strong, collegial team atmosphere with 20 full-time hospitalists and NP support.
• Patient Load: Manage an average of 14-17 patients per hospitalist.
• Procedures: No procedures required.
• Support: Access to specialty and 24/7 intensivist support.
• Shift: Daytime Hospitalist
• Scheduling: 7/7 on & off with flexible shifts and scheduling options.

• Qualifications: BC/BE in Internal Medicine or BC/BE in Family Medicine with a strong interest and experience in hospital-based care (mentorship opportunities available).
• Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills and strong team orientation.

• Geography: Centrally located on the border of North Dakota & Minnesota.
• Proximity: 3.5 hours west of Minneapolis/St. Paul.
• Community: Fargo-Moorhead population over 200,000, offering high quality of life with affordable living, excellent schools, and diverse recreational opportunities.
• Service Area: Regional service area includes 25 clinics and 5 hospitals.
