Facility:

This state-of-the-art facility features 135 certified beds with a Level II trauma center. The facility offers 24/7 ICU coverage with round-the-clock intensivist coverage and APC support, as well as an on-site hospitalist team available 24/7. You'll enjoy seamless transitions between inpatient and outpatient activities with the clinic and hospital located in the same building, all within a friendly and positive work environment.

Opportunity: Board Certified/Board Eligible - Cardiovascular/Thoracic Surgery

This is an exciting opportunity for a Thoracic Surgeon to join a dynamic Heart & Vascular team of 14 physicians and 10 Advanced Practice Providers within an Integrated Heart and Vascular System Service Line. Ideal candidates are trained in adult cardiac and general thoracic surgery with excellent interpersonal skills and a strong team orientation.

Job Details:

  • Work alongside seasoned CT surgeons and PA support in hospital, clinic, and OR settings
  • Participate in a 1:3 call rotation for balanced work-life integration
  • Benefit from excellent technical, nursing, and support personnel across all aspects of the practice
  • Engage in a full spectrum of surgical techniques, including open and minimally invasive/robotic surgery
  • Perform advanced esophageal, mediastinal, pulmonary, and chest wall surgeries with a focus on innovative techniques
  • Utilize cutting-edge robotic technology in thoracic surgery
  • Collaborate with an experienced pulmonary team offering lung cancer screening, PFT Lab, Pulmonary Rehabilitation, and minimally invasive procedures
  • Access to Medical and Radiation Oncology, Infusion Services, Genetic Counseling, Survivorship programs, and support groups

Compensation:

Competitive hourly rates with weekly pay and malpractice included. Hired candidates may be eligible to receive additional compensation in the form of bonuses, quality incentives or production-based compensation.
