Seeking an adaptable, collaborative, BE/BC Hospitalist looking to spend time with patients and provide top quality care in Fargo, North Dakota.
Position Details- 140 Beds, Closed ICU
- Strong, collegial team atmosphere with 20 full-time hospitalists and NP support
- Manage an average of 14-17 patients per hospitalist
- No procedures required
- Access specialty and 24/7 intensivist support
- Daytime shift
- Shift is 7/7 on & off
- Flexible shifts and scheduling options
- Compensation: $337,000
- Hired candidates may be eligible to receive additional compensation in the form of bonuses, quality incentives or production-based compensation
- BC/BE in Internal Medicine or BC/BE in Family Medicine with a strong interest and experience in hospital-based care (mentorship opportunities available)
