As a Job Captain, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the design and construction of various projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget while meeting the highest quality standards.

• Coordinate project design and construction activities
• Prepare drawing and specifications
• Review project plans and ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors
• Manage project schedules and budgets
• Oversee the work of junior staff
• Attend project meetings and provide regular updates to clients

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in architectural design and project management
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other design software
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
