Description
The Customer Service Representative will provide a sunny smile to greet guests visiting the Fargo Parks Sports Center. The role involves assisting patrons with questions about the facility, directions, and space availability; ensuring customers’ needs are met; preparing reservation spaces; running point‑of‑sale systems; managing phone calls; and communicating effectively with patrons. Additional duties include assisting with changeovers for birthday parties, monitoring the indoor playground, and maintaining the flow of pickleball reservations and open play times.
Requirements- Applicants must be 18 years of age.
- Customer Service Experience.
- Evening, weekend and weekday hours with flexibility for early mornings and/or late nights.
