Client Service Representative (ER Department, Overnights)

Red River Animal Emergency Hospital & Referral Center, the region’s premier 24/7 emergency and specialty care provider, is seeking a dedicated full-time Overnight Client Service Representative (CSR) to join our emergency department team.
This position is designed as a consistent overnight role
, with the primary schedule anticipated to be four 10-hour shifts per week (approximately 8:00 PM – 6:00 AM), most commonly Monday through Thursday. As a 24/7 emergency facility, some flexibility is required, and schedule adjustments may occur based on hospital needs, including holidays as required.

Our expert emergency service team includes full-time veterinarians, board-certified criticalists, licensed veterinary technicians, veterinary assistants, and client service representatives who work collaboratively to deliver exceptional care and customer service. We are committed to being a trusted partner for both our clients and our referring veterinary community.
Our CSR’s act as the Client Advocate, ensuring that each client experience matches the excellent care offered to their patients. This individual will work one-on-one with clients and hospital staff and must be able to develop friendly, professional relationships and maintain a positive attitude throughout all interactions. This position is responsible for facilitating clients’ visits, directing communications with clients during their visit, and acting as a liaison between the client and the medical staff to ensure the visit goes smoothly.
CSR duties include but are not limited to, managing multiple phone lines, customer interaction and support, creating and managing client/patient accounts, maintaining patient medical records both internally and for referring veterinary facilities, explaining hospital policies and workflows to owners, processing and concluding patient invoices, balancing daily cash and credit card transactions, understanding and explaining alternative payment options, and pride management of the work environment.
