Customer Service Rep, Office Administrator/ Coordinator
We are seeking a detail-oriented Reservation Planner to support clients in organizing and securing well-coordinated trip arrangements. In this role, you will assist with researching options, managing reservations, and ensuring every booking is accurate and aligned with client preferences. Youll play a key role in creating smooth, reliable experiences by handling logistics with care and consistency.
Key Responsibilities:Communicate with clients to understand preferences, schedules, and budgets
Research lodging, transportation, activities, and destination options
Coordinate and confirm reservations for flights, hotels, cruises, tours, and rentals
Prepare itineraries, confirmations, and travel documentation
Monitor reservations for accuracy and resolve issues when needed
Provide support before and during client trips
Maintain organized records using internal systems
Qualifications:Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills
Clear written and verbal communication
Ability to manage multiple reservations efficiently
Comfortable working independently
Customer service or coordination experience preferred, not required
Willingness to learn booking platforms
