Greet customers, answer the telephone and handle incoming fuel requests;
Direct incoming calls and handle customer requests;
Coordinate line service calls and requests and insure all service requests are completed;
Be responsible for the computer invoicing of front desk items and closing service orders to include payment via credit card, cash or check;
Verify information in the computer-based point-of-sale system is accurate and up to date upon arrival or departure.
