Project Manager, Operations Manager

Lead Major Mechanical Projects - From Preconstruction to Closeout. We’re partnering with a well-established mechanical construction firm to hire a Senior Mechanical Project Manager supporting projects in Fargo. • Lead mechanical construction projects from estimating through final closeout
• Develop budgets, manage labor forecasts, and drive overall project profitability
• Oversee HVAC, piping, and plumbing scopes of work
• Review and negotiate contracts, submittals, RFIs, and change orders
• Manage procurement of materials and equipment while maintaining vendor relationships
• Build and maintain project schedules and coordinate subcontractors and field teams
• Partner with owners, general contractors, engineers, and internal teams
• Proactively identify risks and resolve issues before they impact schedule or cost
• Lead project meetings and ensure client satisfaction through completion

• Proven experience in mechanical construction project management
• Strong background in HVAC, piping, and/or plumbing systems
• Estimating and cost forecasting experience preferred
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
• Confident communicator who can lead both field and office teams
• Organized, decisive, and comfortable managing multiple projects
• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Construction Management is a plus
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to job sites as needed
