Marketing Intern

Department: Corporate Location: Fargo, ND

We are seeking a Marketing Intern who will play a key supporting role for the Marketing team by assisting with day-to-day operations, project coordination, and department communications. This role is highly dynamic, offering exposure to multiple areas of marketing including budgeting, workflow management, and stakeholder communication.

This internship is In Person.

• Support the intake, tracking, and coordination of marketing requests and priorities.
• Assist with invoice processing, invoice coding, and budget tracking activities.
• Help manage projects within our development and operations workflows.
• Communicate with internal stakeholders, including leadership, to ensure updates and deliverables are clearly conveyed.
• Monitor and support the Marketing inbox, serving as a forward facing representative of the department.
• Assist with maintaining and updating the FIBT Store, including adding or removing items as needed.
• Provide administrative support related to marketing operations, documentation, and process coordination.
• Contribute to dynamic, fast paced daily tasks that evolve based on team needs.

• A student currently enrolled in an accredited university or collegiate program. Business, Communications, Marketing, or other applicable fields of study preferred.
• Ability to produce clear, concise written communication for emails, project updates, and stakeholder documentation.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to track tasks, requests, and deadlines.
• Comfort using common office software and tools to support administrative and project based work.
