We are seeking a detail-oriented, service-focused Client Service Associate to join our team
— think of this role as the "paralegal" of financial services: highly administrative and operational, with a strong emphasis on supporting advisors and ensuring seamless client service.
Key Responsibilities- Serve as the first point of contact for clients, handling phone calls, emails, scheduling meetings, and greeting visitors (receptionist duties for entry-level candidates).
- Assist with account opening, maintenance, transfers, and other operational processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Prepare materials for client meetings, take notes, and follow up on action items.
- Handle day-to-day client inquiries and requests, providing timely and professional responses.
- Support advisors with administrative tasks, including data entry, CRM updates, document preparation, and reporting.
- For experienced candidates:
Participate in client meetings, communicate directly with clients on more complex matters, and take on greater responsibility in service delivery and relationship management.
- Bachelor's degree preferred (finance, business, or related field a plus, but not required).
- Experience in financial services, administrative support, customer service, or a related field is ideal; entry-level candidates with strong organizational skills are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and a professional, client-oriented demeanor.
- Strong attention to detail, multitasking ability, and proficiency in Microsoft Office (experience with CRM software or financial platforms a bonus).
- Series 7/66 or similar licenses a plus (or willingness to obtain with firm support).
