In this full‑time, hourly position, work is typically performed during standard business hours, 7:00 am to 5:00 pm CST, Monday through Friday, but may vary on occasion according to business needs.
Base Pay Range$17.16/hr – $28.61/hr

Responsibilities- Manage the credit application process.
- Post customer payments by recording cash, check, and credit transactions.
- Update customer accounts and post revenues by verifying and entering transactions from lock box and local deposits.
- Update receivables by totaling unpaid invoices.
- Protect the organization's value by keeping information confidential.
- Monitor customer accounts and validate tax exemption certificates and customer tax status.
- Resolve disputes on customer accounts.
- Notify customers of NSF checks and collect payments.
- Assist customers with solving credit problems.
- Stay current on laws and regulations pertaining to collections, bankruptcy, bonds, liens and judgments.
- Maintain appropriate documents, documentation and other information in the customer credit file.
- Support the credit management team and their requests.
- Perform other ad‑hoc accounting and finance duties as assigned.
- Previous data entry experience (required).
- Prior experience in Accounts Payable/Receivable and/or Accounting.
- Associate degree or higher in Finance or Accounting (preferred).
- Experience with various accounting systems and software, such as Eclipse, Bill Trust and Microsoft Office Suite, including proficiency in Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to produce accurate work while handling multiple tasks.
- Effective communication skills with both internal and external customers.
