Location: Segensworth, Hampshire

Job Type: Full-Time (Temp-to-Perm, depending on experience)

Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience + Overtime opportunities

About

The Role

We’re looking for reliable, hardworking individuals ready to support the smooth operation of our busy distribution centre.

Shift Pattern (Rotating Weekly)

Week A: 5:45 am – 1:45 pm
Week B: 2:00 pm – 10:00 pm
Must be able to work both shifts on a rotating basis.

Key Responsibilities

Pick, pack, and prepare orders for dispatch
Scan items using handheld scanners
Operate computers efficiently
Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment
Follow company procedures and health & safety guidelines

What We're Looking For

Previous warehouse or distribution experience is a plus, but not essential
A strong team player with good attention to detail
Physically fit and comfortable working on your feet
Punctual, dependable and willing to learn
