About ARC HD Services Ltd

ARC HD Services Ltd, part of Community Integrated Care, provides specialist residential and 1:1 support for young people aged 9‑18 facing complex social, emotional, and mental health challenges, including ASD, ADHD, PTSD, and trauma‑related behaviours. We run four small, nurturing homes – each supporting up to three young people in a warm, homely environment tailored to individual needs. Every child has their own private space, plus shared areas for connection and community.

The Role

1:1 support with young people. You will support up to three young people per home, building real connections and supporting their day‑to‑day care and wellbeing.

⏰ Shift details: 9- and 15‑hour shifts available from Monday to Sunday (days), plus sleepovers. UK driving licence required – own car beneficial as the service is not well served by public transport. Bank roles available.
