PSR Solutions is looking for an experienced Floor Layer to join a respected construction team on an ongoing project based in Fareham. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled tradesperson seeking long‑term, reliable work with a well‑established contractor.

Role Overview

The successful candidate will be responsible for installing a range of flooring materials to a high standard across commercial and residential environments. You'll be joining a supportive site team and working with a reputable agency that values quality workmanship and consistency.

Key Responsibilities

Laying a variety of flooring types, including vinyl, carpet, laminate, and safety flooring

Preparing subfloors, including screeding and levelling

Measuring, cutting, and fitting materials accurately

Ensuring all work meets industry standards and site specifications

Maintaining a clean and safe working environment

Requirements

Proven experience as a Floor Layer

Own tools and PPE

CSCS card (preferred but not always essential depending on site)

Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
