• Supervise and carry out all aspects of domestic and commercial electrical work.
• Electrical test, inspection, and certification using the NICEIC program.
• Reactive repairs, fault finding, and full electrical rewiring.
• Electrical installations for kitchens, bathrooms, and commercial heating systems.
• Ensure all work complies with the latest IEE Wiring Regulations and British Standards.
• Maintain tools, plant, and company vehicle to a high standard.
• Support and supervise electricians, ensuring safe isolation procedures and excellent workmanship.
• Keep clients informed on progress, respond to emergencies, and ensure all Health & Safety procedures are followed.

• Over 3 years’ experience in building maintenance, ideally 2 years in a supervisory role.
• NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation (or equivalent).
• AM2 qualified, 18th Edition, and C&G 2391 or equivalent in Testing & Inspection.
• Full, clean UK driving license.
