SLR Recruitment are excited to present a fantastic new role for an experienced Gas Engineer to join a leading Building Services & Maintenance company in Fareham. You'll become an integral part of a strong Maintenance Department with plenty of opportunity to grow.

A well-established construction firm specialising in heating, plumbing and gas engineering, with a strong reputation across Hampshire & The South Coast. With 40+ years of shared industry experience, the team prides itself on a supportive, collaborative environment where many employees train, progress and build long-term careers.

You’ll be working across a variety of commercial premises including schools, housing, and offices throughout Hampshire (plus occasional travel to Gillingham & Berkshire).

• ✔️ PPM servicing & reactive maintenance call-outs
• ✔️ Ensuring buildings are safe, compliant & fully operational
• ✔️ Handling anything from minor repairs to full system installations

👉 No two days will be the same!

• Strong commercial experience (domestic work = bonus)
• Plumbing knowledge & unvented certifications (training provided if needed)
• Understanding of building materials, safety standards & regulations
• Great customer service & communication skills
• Self‑motivated and able to manage your own workload
