Job Overview
Corporate Security Officer –
Mitie Cleaning & Hygiene Services
, Eastleigh-Chandlers Ford.
Weekly hours: 4 on 4 off days shift pattern with an average of 38 hours per week over the year.
Hourly rate: £12.40.
Responsibilities- Protect customers’ property, people and assets by providing security services in accordance with the site’s Assignment Instructions (AI’s) and any subsequent changes.
- Deliver results that meet or exceed Key Performance Indicators / Service Level Agreements to aid in contract retention.
- Undertake additional training for continuous self‑development.
- Fill different positions in the building, including issuing passes and keys, monitoring CCTV, covering reception and dealing with visitors from contractors to business personnel.
- Patrol sites and report incidents.
- Use MS Office, CCTV and access control systems.
- Flexible and able to work alone or as part of a team.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Approachable and adaptable.
- PC literate and able to learn new systems.
- Corporate security experience or comparable background desirable but not essential.
