We are a modern, fast‑growing specialist in the Training & Education sector, and we’re on the hunt for our next generation of superstars to join our Further Education (FE) team.

Base pay range: £30,000 – £35,000 (plus commission).

Your mission is to connect Colleges & Universities across the UK with the highest calibre of staff, ensuring they have the right talent in place across their Lecturing, Assessing, Support and Leadership teams.

We’ll teach you the ropes, but here is what your "typical" day looks like:

• Hunting for Talent
  : running deep searches to find the best education professionals for colleges and universities across the UK.
• Building Talent Pools
  : networking and keeping in touch with a community of specialists so you’re always one step ahead.
• Matchmaker
  : helping candidates land their dream roles and guiding them through the interview process.
• Business Development
  : learning how to confidently pitch our recruitment solutions to colleges and secure new business.
• Negotiation
  : managing offers, closing deals and ensuring everyone walks away happy.
• Brand Building
  : using Linked In and social media to become a "go‑to" name in the FE market.

You’ll work directly under a leader with 10+ years of experience in the FE market who has led teams for the biggest names in the industry. You will receive 1‑to‑1 mentorship and further support from our leadership team, designed to turn you into a top‑billing consultant.

Previous sales experience is a bonus, but not essential. We’ve seen incredible success from people coming out of hospitality and sports who are ready for a professional challenge.
