We’re recruiting an Assembly Operative on behalf of a well-established manufacturing business based in Fareham. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys practical work, likes seeing the results of what they build, and wants long-term stability.

What You’ll Be Doing

In this role, you’ll be part of a friendly production team, assembling components and finished products to a high standard.

Your day-to-day will include:

Assembling parts and products using hand and machine tools
Following clear work instructions and safety procedures
Working to daily production targets without compromising quality
Completing basic production paperwork and checks
Keeping your workstation clean, organised, and safe
Supporting your teammates to keep production running smoothly

What We’re Looking For:

You don’t need to tick every box — training is provided — but this role would suit someone who:

Has experience in assembly or manufacturing (helpful but not essential)
Is practical, reliable, and good with their hands
Pays close attention to detail
Is happy working in a repetitive, fast-paced environment
Can follow instructions and work to standards
Enjoys being part of a team
Manages time well and takes pride in their work

Working Hours

Monday to Thursday: 7:30am – 4:00pm
Friday: 7:30am – 1:00pm
Early finish every Friday
