Location:
Titchfield, Hampshire
Contract:
Long-term PAYE (initially until December 2026)
Shifts:
Monday-Thursday: 07:30-16:15
Friday: 07:30-11:30

Who We Are & What's on Offer
We're recruiting an experienced TIG Welder to join a high-precision aerospace manufacturing team in Titchfield. This is a long-term opportunity working on specialist aerospace components in a quality-driven, safety-critical environment.
What You'll Be Doing
As a TIG Welder, you'll be part of a skilled production team manufacturing aerospace bellows and gimbals from raw material through to final assembly and dispatch. Precision, consistency and attention to detail are essential.
Your day-to-day will include:
TIG welding thin-gauge, high-tolerance aerospace components
Manufacturing bellows and gimbals from raw material to finished parts
Seam welding, brazing and aluminium welding where required
Supporting assembly operations
Using hand tools, lathes and welding equipment
Carrying out inspection and supporting NDT and X-ray processes
Working to SOPs, engineering drawings and aerospace quality standards
Taking ownership of product quality within approved capability
Participating in 5S, Lean and 8D problem-solving activities
What You'll Need to Succeed
You'll be a precision-focused welder with experience in tightly controlled manufacturing environments and a strong quality mindset.
Essential:
Proven TIG welding experience (Aerospace, Motorsport, Nuclear or similar)
Ability to work to fine tolerances and high levels of detail
Confident reading and interpreting engineering drawings
Experience working to SOPs and quality-controlled processes
Willingness to obtain and maintain a production "stamp"
Strong attention to detail and proactive problem-solving approach
PAYE Pay Rates
Hourly Rates (Standard / Inc. Holiday):
First 12 Weeks
Basic: £18.09 / £20.72
Overtime: £27.13 / £31.07
Sunday: £36.17 / £41.43
After 12 Weeks
Basic: £18.64 / £21.35
Overtime: £27.95 / £32.02
Sunday: £37.27 / £42.69
