Production Operative

Location: Segensworth, Fareham

Pay Rate: £12.21 per hour

Shifts: Monday - Thursday (1 week days, 1 week nights)

Hours: 6am–6pm / 6pm–6am

We’re looking for reliable and motivated Production Operators to join a busy plastics factory. This is a hands on role operating production machinery, ensuring products are made to the right standards, and keeping the production line running smoothly.

• Operating and monitoring plastic production machinery
• Following health & safety and quality standards at all times
• Carrying out basic checks and reporting any faults
• Working as part of a team to meet production targets

• Previous experience working with machinery
• A good eye for detail and a focus on quality
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts
• Team player with a positive attitude

• Pay rate of £12.21 per hour
• £50 bonus for good attendance!
• Full training provided on the machines and processes
• Stable shift pattern (4 on / 4 off – days or nights)
• Opportunity to develop skills in a growing industry
