Were working with a large, value-added processing facility looking to appoint an experienced Butchery Manager to lead from the front and set the standard on the shop floor.

The role Lead and develop a high-performing butchery team Drive improvements in yield, waste, labour efficiency, and quality Maintain the highest standards across food safety, health & safety, and compliance Coach teams through hands-on leadership and strong knife skills Monitor KPIs and ensure adherence to product specifications and traceability ?? About you Experienced Butchery Manager / Senior Supervisor within food or meat processing Strong people leader with a hands-on, floor-based approach Excellent attention to detail and numeracy skills Food Hygiene Level 3 & HACCP certified Fluent English (essential for safety and traceability) ?
