We are recruiting an experienced Residential Care Home Manager to lead a fully compliant, high‑quality residential care home in Fareham, Hampshire. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a great company and manage a lovely home with an established, supportive staff team.

This role will suit a proven Care Home Manager with a strong compliance record and positive CQC inspection history, who is looking for a stable, enjoyable place to work where quality, people, and culture genuinely matter.

As Registered Manager, you will have full responsibility for the operational, regulatory, and quality performance of the home. You will lead a settled team, maintain high standards of care, and ensure continued Good CQC compliance.

This is not a turnaround role — the home is already performing well and needs a manager who can maintain standards, support staff, and continue positive momentum.

• Overall management of the residential care home
• Act as CQC Registered Manager
• Maintain and enhance CQC compliance and safeguarding standards
• Lead, support, and develop an established care team
• Ensure delivery of high‑quality, person‑centred residential care
• Oversee staffing, rotas, recruitment, and performance
• Manage budgets, occupancy, and KPIs
• Maintain excellent relationships with residents, families, and professionals
• Ensure ongoing inspection readiness and quality assurance

• Proven experience as a Residential Care Home Manager / Care Home Manager
• Strong CQC track record, ideally with Good or Outstanding inspection outcomes
• Solid knowledge of CQC regulations, safeguarding, and residential care standards
• Confident, supportive leader with excellent people‑management skills
• Organised, approachable, and quality‑focused
• Passionate about delivering high‑quality care in a positive environment
• Right to work in the UK

• £45,000 – £48,000 per annum (depending on experience)
