Join a well-established and reputable law firm as a Private Client Legal Assistant. This role offers the opportunity to support a busy Private Client team, delivering exceptional service to clients and contributing to the success of the firm.

Day-to-day of the role:

• Prepare and draft legal documents related to Wills, Probate, and LPAs.
• Manage client correspondence and maintain comprehensive case files.
• Handle telephone enquiries, ensuring excellent client care at all times.
• Support fee earners with administrative duties to ensure a smooth workflow and efficient case management.

Required Skills &

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a Private Client department is highly desirable.
• Strong organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
