Position: Training Delivery Instructor (Navy Communications)
Full-time role, 37.5 hours a week   HMS Collingwood   Due to the nature of this role, you must be eligible for UK Security Clearance at SC level.

* Job Description:

**** What you’ll be doing
** As a Training Delivery Instructor, you’ll deliver Communications Systems training to Royal Navy students on Phase 2 and Phase 3 Weapons Engineering courses.

You’ll:
* Deliver engaging, high‑quality Communications training across the Weapons Engineering Department
* Support learners in classroom, simulated and synthetic training environments
* Use performance insight and learner feedback to continuously improve training delivery
* Work closely with Training Delivery and Learning & Development teams to support personalised learning
* Maintain consistent quality and standards across all Communications training
* Contribute to the introduction of new and modernised training as Selborne continues to evolve

* What we’re looking for:

**** Essential
* ** Practical experience of Royal Navy or equivalent communications systems
** Desirable
* ** Previous experience in training, coaching, mentoring or instruction
* A Level 3 teaching qualification (or willingness to complete one — we’ll support you)
* If you’re technically strong and motivated to develop others, we’ll help you grow into the instructor role.
