We are currently looking for a Talent & Organizational Effectiveness Manager
, who will serve as a strategic advisor to the Industrial Sector Presidents, HRDM, and their leadership teams. This role is responsible for developing, aligning, and delivering an integrated talent and organizational effectiveness strategy that addresses the unique challenges and priorities of the business.

The position can be based preferably at our Turin (Italy) office, or alternatively in Budapest (Hungary), Champagné (France), or Titchfield (United Kingdom).

What You’ll Do

Drive Talent Management

  • Lead the talent strategy and supporting processes to attract, develop, engage, and retain key talent across the Industrial Sector.
  • Oversee performance development and succession management practices, including talent reviews and Eaton’s annual Organization Capability Assessment (OCA) for EMEA. Partner with leaders to build action plans and track progress to strengthen the talent pipeline.
  • Lead the regional Top Talent strategy and execution, ensuring alignment with business and sector priorities.
  • Measure and track talent outcomes, including development plans and actions tied to specific leadership and capability development programs.
  • Develop strategies to build organizational capability through stretch assignments, career moves, experiential learning, special projects, executive coaching, feedback initiatives, and development programs.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify, assess, develop, and accelerate the readiness of early‑career talent across the sector.

Lead Organizational Effectiveness

  • Conduct organizational assessments and diagnostics to identify leadership, team, and organizational development needs. Determine root causes and implement effective structural or process solutions to enhance performance and engagement.
  • Serve as an internal consultant and subject matter expert in Organizational Assessment and Design (OAD), enabling leaders to make informed, data‑driven decisions.
  • Drive the Industrial Sector’s Inclusion & Diversity strategy by embedding I&D principles into leadership behaviors, management practices, and organizational processes.

Focus on Culture

  • Lead and coordinate culture and engagement initiatives informed by employee listening mechanisms, including onboarding, engagement (census and pulse), and exit surveys. Establish clear measures and accountability to drive continuous improvement based on employee feedback.
  • Act as a thought leader and trusted advisor, influencing key decisions related to talent, development, organizational effectiveness, and culture across Eaton.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Psychology, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field;
    Master’s degree is strongly preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in Organizational Development or Human Resources, with proven expertise in talent management, leadership development, and capability‑building initiatives. Experience working within large, multinational manufacturing…
