Go back Hampshire and Isle of Wight Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust

Team Administrator Multi Agency Stalking Partnership

The closing date is 01 February 2026

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a team administrator to be part of this unique and highly innovative service.

MASP is a collaboration between Hampshire and Isle of Wight Healthcare, Hampshire Constabulary, Victim Advocacy, Hampshire Probation, and the Hampshire Office of Police and Crime Commissioners. MASP aims to reduce reoffending, increase psychological well-being, and raise awareness of stalking.

You will be part of a friendly team consisting of a Consultant Forensic Psychiatrist, a Principal Clinical Psychologist, two Clinical/Forensic Psychologists, and a Team Administrator (this post). MASP clinicians work to reduce and manage the risks associated with stalking across the criminal justice sector, through risk assessment, direct intervention, case consultation and training.

This is a non-patient facing role and the post holder will provide administration support.

The post is based in Ravenswood House, Fareham, but the clinicians deliver work in a range of premises across Hampshire. Personal wellbeing is valued within the team and flexible working arrangements will be considered.

You will benefit from a supportive team, where reflective practice and supervision is integral to the work and caring for ourselves is encouraged. Continued professional development is actively promoted within MASP and Hampshire and Isle of Wight Healthcare, both service specific and career focused.

Main duties of the job

You will provide an essential link between the Hampshire and Isle of Wight Healthcare team and their partner agencies:
Hampshire Constabulary, Hampshire Probation, the Office of Police and Crime Commissioners and Victim Advocacy. As Team Administrator you will be responsible for supporting the clinical team in their administration, maintaining databases, coordinating referrals, recording on patient systems, supporting team rostering, room booking, minute taking along with other administrative duties.

The role requires someone who can work independently, is pro‑active and who has good experience of working with multi-disciplinary teams. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required for this role with a flexible, self‑driven and adaptable outlook to vocation.

An understanding of systems of working across health and criminal justice would be an advantage, but full training will be provided.
