Overview
Support Worker – Fareham – £12.61 per Hour. Driver with a full UK driving licence required for this role.
Typical Shifts are: 7.30am – 2.30pm; 2.30pm – 9.30pm – including weekends on a rota and 1 sleep-in shift per week.

- As a support worker you’ll be helping people to gain more independence in their daily lives, whilst working within a dynamic team to support a fantastic group of people.
- Our residential service in Fareham is a welcoming and friendly environment. You’ll be enhancing the lives of the people we support by teaching them new life skills, assisting with personal care, encouraging them to access their local communities, socialising and doing lots of activities.
- Typical activities include outings with the people we support to local bars and pubs, as well as unwinding with them playing video games, watching films or going to the cinema.
- This is an amazing role for someone who is looking to really make a difference to someone’s life and to help them grow in confidence and independence so that they meet their goals (e.g., cooking dinner or going on holiday).
- Hold a full UK driving license.
- Be resilient, flexible and composed in their approach.
- Experience with following Positive Behaviour Support plans and reflective practice.
- Experience working with individuals requiring enhanced support, including behaviours of distress, mental health conditions, autism, forensic histories and people who have experienced trauma.
