Mash Care are recruiting on behalf of Home Instead Fareham & Gosport, and we’re urgently looking for Morning Domiciliary Care Assistants to support adults living independently in their own homes across Fareham and surrounding areas.
Morning availability — especially from 8am — is in high demand.

Your role as a Morning Care Assistant You’ll help clients start their day comfortably and with dignity, including:

Personal care and support
Assistance with washing, dressing, and morning routines
Breakfast and light meal preparation
Medication reminders (where trained)
Light housekeeping
Providing companionship and reassurance
Building meaningful relationships with clients and their families What we’re looking for
Caring, reliable, and friendly people
Good spoken and written English
Full UK driving licence & access to your own vehicle (essential)
Aged 18+
