Staff Nurse - Ravenswood

As a valued member of our multi-disciplinary team, you will be responsible for the assessment of care needs and the development, implementation, and evaluation of programmes of care. You will also be expected to ensure a high standard of nursing in the application of clinical nursing procedures and treatments including the custody, storage, and administration of medicines.

Ravenswood House is a medium and low secure hospital providing assessment, care and treatment for adults with serious mental illness and/or personality disorder who need to receive their care in a secure environment. We provide high quality care and treatment to 68 male adults split across five clinical wards. Most of our patients have either committed a criminal offence or have challenging behaviour.

We admit patients from high secure hospitals, local psychiatric hospitals, prisons, custody, and the courts. You will need to be able to work a variety of shift patterns including nights and weekends.
