FP&A Manager

to the Director of FP&A, you will be responsible for:

• Taking ownership of the annual budget and five-year planning processes
• Leading in-year reforecasting, collaborating with the business partnering team to deliver comprehensive forecasts across all business lines (including Balance Sheet, P&L, cashflows, and funding)
• Driving the development and utilisation of the Anaplan reporting and planning tool across the business
• Working closely with the core finance team to ensure the integrity of financial data
• Developing high-quality reporting and KPIs
• Building strong relationships with key contacts in the Senior Leadership Team
• Providing ad hoc analysis, including investment appraisals and deal modelling

What you will need:

• Previous experience in a senior FP&A role, Finance Business Partner, or similar role, leading budgeting and forecasting processes
• Proven track record of developing high-quality reporting and KPI suites
• ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified, with at least 3 years' post-qualification experience
• Experience with in financial services or another complex, technology-driven organisation is highly beneficial
• Extensive day-to-day experience with Anaplan (or another modern planning tool). This includes developing reporting & modelling, running budgeting, and the continuous development of using Anaplan
• Intermediate Excel skills, with the ability to analyse and model data;
  Power BI experience is a plus
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with strong attention to detail and a drive for continuous improvement

• Salary of £75,000 - £85,000 plus 10% bonus
