Principal Civil Technician We are seeking a motivated Principal Technician with hands-on experience in AutoCAD and a solid understanding of civil engineering concepts.

Your responsibilities as the Principal Technician include:
Work in a design office, with regular exposure to developers, architects, and local authorities Be responsible and accountable for CAD and drafting related processes, identifying improvements to existing processes and creating new ones Assist engineers with the design of drainage systems, infrastructure layouts, and S278/S38 schemes Collaborate with design teams to develop concepts into workable, constructible drawings Review and revise drawings based on stakeholder feedback and field changes Maintain drawing records, version control, and project folders Support QA/QC processes, perform checks for clarity, accuracy, and consistency Contribute to continuous improvement of drafting standards and workflows To succeed in this role we are looking for Principal Technicians with the following:
Proven experience as a CAD Technician with a focus on civil engineering projects Strong proficiency in AutoCAD
- experience with Site3D is a plus Solid understanding of civil/structural engineering fundamentals and construction practices Attention to detail, accuracy, and a methodical approach to drafting Good communication and teamwork skills; ability to work xekaoyc with engineers, designers, and field teams What they offer:
