IVVQ Engineer

Copello have partnered with an established Air Traffic Management business based in Hampshire in the recruitment of an IVVQ Engineer.

The role has a home base in Fareham but offers highly flexible working. There will be travel to various MOD sites required on a business‑requirements basis.

The role involves leading testing activities across a full engineering lifecycle, supporting the validation of high‑integrity systems against defined requirements.

Key Skills & Experience

Strong experience in Verification & Validation (V&V) of complex systems
Knowledge of full engineering lifecycle and requirements management
Background in safety‑critical or regulated industries (e.g., aerospace, defence, ATM)
Hands‑on with system integration, documentation, and supplier acceptance
Familiarity with configuration and change management processes

Ideal Candidate Will Have

Degree or equivalent experience in an engineering discipline
Familiarity with tools such as IBM DOORS or similar
Exposure to communications, navigation, or surveillance systems
Understanding of safety and regulatory frameworks
Experience in waterfall or structured delivery environments
