Cover Supervisor - Secondary Schools

Do you enjoy working with young people and helping them stay on track? Are you calm under pressure, adaptable, and open to trying something new? At Quokka Education, we're looking for confident, approachable Cover Supervisors to support students across our partner secondary schools in Fareham and Gosport.

You don't need classroom experience – just the right attitude. If you're resilient, reliable, and genuinely care about young people, we'll support you every step of the way. New to schools? That's okay. We provide:

• Supervising classes when teachers are absent
• Delivering pre‑set lesson work (no planning or marking)
• Helping students stay focused and engaged

• Youth or support workers
• Graduates and aspiring teachers
• Musicians, actors, or performers
• Anyone with experience supporting young people and ready for a new challenge
