Skilled Labourer

F  Construction Recruitment Limited are seeking approximately 10 Demolition Operatives / Skilled Labourers to start on an upcoming project in Fareham. The project is expected to run for around 6 weeks, with immediate starts available once the site opens.

Job Details

* Duration:
Approx. 6 weeks

* Working Hours:

8:00am – 5:00pm, Monday to Friday

Key Duties

* Assisting with soft strip demolition works

* Removing fixtures, fittings, and internal materials

* Site clearance and waste segregation

* Loading materials into skips and designated waste areas

* Assisting demolition teams with general site tasks

* Maintaining safe working practices in line with site and HSE requirements

* Keeping work areas clean and tidy

* Following instructions from supervisors and site management

Requirements

* CCDO card or CSCS card (Ideally 5 CCDO and 5 CSCS, although all CCDO operatives will also be considered)

* Fit for Work / Safety Critical Medical certificate

* Asbestos Awareness certificate

* Previous demolition or construction site experience preferred

* Good understanding of site health and safety procedures
