Oxford across to Bristol and surrounding southern regions
Salary: £31,000 – £45,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

Marble Talent Group is partnering with a well-established environmental consultancy to recruit an experienced Asbestos Surveyor. This is an excellent opportunity to join a technically strong business that places real emphasis on quality, training, and long-term career development.

The Role

The successful candidate will deliver a mixture of Management and Refurbishment & Demolition (R&D) asbestos surveys across Hampshire and the Home Counties. You will work across a varied client portfolio and be supported by a business that actively encourages upskilling and professional development.

Key Responsibilities

* Carry out asbestos Management, Refurbishment, and Demolition surveys

* Produce accurate, compliant survey reports within agreed time frames

* Work across commercial, industrial, and residential properties

* Ensure all work aligns with current legislation and HSG
264 guidance

* Maintain high standards of health, safety, and technical accuracy

* Communicate professionally with clients and internal stakeholders

Candidate Requirements

* BOHS P402 qualification (essential)

* Additional BOHS modules (P403, P404, P405, etc.) desirable

* Experience linked to a UKAS-accredited laboratory preferred

* Proven background in Management and R&D surveys

* Strong report writing and organisational skills

* Full UK driving licence

Training & Development

* Further BOHS P modules fully supported and funded

Salary & Benefits

* £31,000 – £45,000 depending on experience

Overtime & Call Out

* Overtime available for Surveyors and Engineers

* Overtime paid at 40% of invoiced amount (approximately £25 per hour)

Holiday Entitlement

* 4 days required to be taken over the Christmas period

* Plus bank holidays
