Hampshire Chamber of Commerce are looking for a Membership Executive

Location: The role is office based in Fareham with some county-wide travel

Contract Type: Permanent, Full time, 35 hours per week

Join our friendly, energetic membership team and help support the Hampshire business community! The Chamber is a not-for-profit organisation helping businesses of all sizes and sectors thrive through partnerships, collaboration, and impact-driven initiatives.

As a Membership Executive, you’ll be the go-to contact for member enrolments, renewals, and support, ensuring every member feels valued. We’re looking for an enthusiastic, outgoing professional who enjoys building relationships, generating leads, and connecting businesses through a variety of networks and platforms.

• Make regular calls and follow-ups with existing members.
• Manage and update the membership database.
• Promote Chamber services to members.
• Attend events to support member recruitment and retention.
• Chase outstanding subscriptions via phone and email.
• Generate and follow up on new member leads.
• Process membership renewals and payments.
• Prepare membership packs and assist with event/expo setup.
• Produce membership and non-member reports.
