Service Administrator

Location: Portchester

Our Client is a multi-site Dealership and they are currently seeking a Service Administrator to join their team based in Portsmouth – Hampshire.

For your hard work our client is offering a salary of £27,000 basic and OTE of £30,000.

Hours of work for this Service Administrator role are Monday to Friday (08:00-17:30);
Saturday rota may be available.

Responsibilities:

Produce and accurate invoice to allow for prompt payment
Maintaining strong working relationships with Customers, Dealerships and Manufacturers
Process job cards in conjunction with Manufacturers standard text and times
Administer and process warranty, repair and maintenance claims to the manufacturer.

Requirements:

Have a previous working experience within a Service Administrator role

Experience of DMS
Good customer service skills with technical understanding
A very high level of accuracy and attention to detail
