Principali responsabilità
Gestione e rifornimento dei banchi dei prodotti freschi (carni, latticini, salumi, ortofrutta, pesce, gastronomia)
Controllo delle scadenze , rotazione della merce (FIFO) e verifica della qualità dei prodotti
Mantenimento della catena del freddo e controllo delle temperature di conservazione
Preparazione, confezionamento ed etichettatura dei prodotti secondo le normative vigenti
Supporto alla clientela professionale e assistenza nella scelta dei prodotti
