Overview
Techtelligence is Today Digital’s next-generation market intelligence platform, designed to turn first-party editorial data, behavioural signals, intent data, and expert insight into practical intelligence for technology buyers and vendors. The platform underpins UC Today, CX Today, and Today Digital’s emerging data and research products — including insight reports, buyer intelligence, dashboards, surveys, and commercial intelligence offerings. The Product Owner is responsible for shaping, prioritising, and delivering the Techtelligence platform and product offering.
You will own the roadmap, define product requirements, and work cross-functionally to ensure Techtelligence evolves into a scalable, commercially viable intelligence product. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives at the intersection of data, product, research, and commercial strategy.
- Own and evolve the Techtelligence product vision, roadmap, and backlog.
- Translate business strategy and market opportunities into product priorities.
- Identify opportunities to turn data, research, and insight into scalable products.
- Define and refine user personas across buyers, vendors, analysts, and internal teams.
- Gather requirements through stakeholder interviews, usage data, and market research.
- Validate product ideas through discovery, prototyping, and testing.
- Write clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and product requirements.
- Prioritise the backlog to maximise value delivery and commercial impact.
- Partner with engineering and data teams to deliver features on time and to spec.
- Shape how editorial, analytics, and intent data are structured and surfaced.
- Collaborate with Research to design dashboards, reports, and insight outputs.
- Champion data quality, usability, and insight clarity across the platform.
- Work with Commercial teams to develop monetisable Techtelligence offerings.
- Support go-to-market planning and customer feedback loops.
- Act as the central point of coordination across Product, Editorial, Research, and Commercial.
- Proven experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role.
- Experience building or scaling data-driven products, platforms, or SaaS tools.
- Strong Agile delivery and backlog management capability.
- Commercial mindset with experience delivering revenue-generating products.
- Excellent stakeholder communication and prioritisation skills.
- Experience with market intelligence, analytics, or BI platforms.
- Familiarity with GA4, intent data, dashboards, or data warehouses.
- Experience in B2B media, SaaS, research, or technology markets.
- A clear, prioritised Techtelligence roadmap in active delivery.
- Strong internal adoption and measurable commercial traction.
- High-quality features shipped and used by real customers.
- Positive feedback from cross-functional stakeholders.
