We are seeking highly motivated and successful Retail Sales Consultants to assist us in providing exceptional service to our customers. With over 520 store locations and growing, we have been a leader in the mattress industry for 35+ years and are USA family‑owned and operated. You will confidently sell our premium mattress/bedding products using our proven selling process and the cutting‑edge diagnostic sleep system bed Match.

• Availability to work a retail schedule that includes evenings, most holidays, and all weekends. The typical 4–5‑day week allows a work load of 40–55 hours.
• Bilingual, with equal fluency in verbal and written English and Spanish or other languages.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and assist customers with loading purchases onto vehicles.
• Providing a relaxed, low‑pressure and educational shopping experience focused on improving customers’ lives through sleep solutions.
• Experience with state‑of‑the‑art technology including tablets, mobile POS, and the exclusive bed Match system.
• Winning team‑oriented attitude, high energy, and enthusiasm are key to success.
• Enthusiastic about meeting and interacting with customers and understanding their needs.
