Warehouse Team Lead (Working Lead)

Sibanye-Stillwater is seeking a reliable, hands‑on Warehouse Team Lead to support daily warehouse and receiving operations. This is a working lead role, ideal for a high‑performing operator who enjoys staying on the floor, working alongside the team, and helping keep operations running safely and efficiently.

This role is not office‑based. You will be actively involved in material handling while providing day‑to‑day guidance and support to a small team.

• Work hands‑on in warehouse and receiving operations
• Load, unload, stage, and move materials safely and efficiently
• Help guide and support team members during daily work
• Support FIFO material flow and general organization
• Promote safe work practices and housekeeping
• Assist with basic paperwork, tracking, and inventory updates
• Communicate issues or needs to the Supervisor or Manager

• 2+ years of warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing experience
• Prior working lead or informal lead experience preferred
• Forklift experience strongly preferred
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, industrial environment

• Monday through Friday, day shift
• Onsite in Fairless Hills
